Thank you for considering one of my puppies to add to your family. All my pups are family and hand raised in my home. The adults sleep in our beds. All pups are very well socialized as I handle them from the day they are born. When old enough they are out running & playing in the house which is so much FUN and offers many great learning experiences! My pups come pre-spoiled, very social and healthy. I consider every applicant but submitting an application does not guarantee you will get a puppy.

While my pups are already started on pad training and doing good, it will take diligent training on your part when you get puppy to new home to keep up my great start and routine. Training Puppies is a lot of work and doesn’t happen overnight. Is this something that you have considered and have the patience and time for? _____________

Please understand a $500 nonrefundable Deposit is required to hold a puppy until it is able to go home with you and all deposits are nonrefundable unless puppy becomes unavailable for unforeseen circumstances.

 

If you have opted to be on the Future Reserved waiting list a $250 nonrefundable fee is required which goes toward purchase of puppy.

 

I require all puppies be picked up at our location in person where the puppy can get comfortable with the new family. You are welcome to meet the sire & damn when you pick up your puppy.

 

I keep the yorkie pups until they are minimum 10 weeks old, and the tiny ones will not leave until they are 12 weeks old or longer. I will not let any puppy go to new home until I think they are ready! All pups will be UTD on shots, dewormed, vet checked and healthy when they leave.

If you are found to have given false information on this application after being approved, or do not follow the terms listed in puppy application, you will forfeit the non-refundable deposit that was paid to hold a puppy and will not get a puppy. Honesty is very important to choose the best home for each puppy! My pups are family, and I am picky on where they go. That is the only way I can part with them, is to be assured they will have awesome new forever homes.
